Harlow Glass was proud to be a part of the extensive glazing package for the prestigious Lincoln Plaza Hotel, part of the esteemed Hilton Curio Collection. Our work encompassed the design and installation of a stunning frameless glass balustrade, reflecting the high expectations of the Hilton Curio brand.

Working closely with the main contractor Fileturn, we developed the design intent and finalized the feature glazing. This glass balustrade served a dual purpose: providing safety as a balustrade and functioning as a stair enclosure, supporting the main stair handrail. To meet the specific installation and loading requirements, bespoke brass fittings were created in collaboration with the steelworkers. The result is a fully frameless screen with a recessed base channel, running the full height of the space and seamlessly transitioning into the mezzanine balustrade.

Additionally, the ground and mezzanine floors featured bespoke distressed mirrors, sourced and installed by Harlow Glass to match the Hilton Curio specifications. Standard mirrors were also placed throughout the gym, pool areas, and changing rooms. In the pool area, frameless glass screens were installed to separate the wet and dry zones, ensuring a sleek and functional design.

For the basement conference area, we installed fire-rated glass systems, including screens for individual office suites. A standout feature was the fire-rated glass screen with double doors at the entrance to the conference suite, accessed via the feature spiral staircase from the reception area.
